Plans, payments and invoices

Upgrade to Solo or Team, add monitor packs, download invoices, cancel the subscription or delete your account – payments are handled by Paddle.

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle charges the card, adds VAT or sales tax where it applies and issues the invoice.

Upgrade

Open Billing, choose Solo or Team and the billing period, and pay in the Paddle window. The new limits apply as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Change your plan

  • Upgrade (Team instead of Solo, yearly instead of monthly, more monitor packs): starts at once. Paddle charges the difference for the rest of the current period now; from the next period you pay the full new price.
  • Downgrade (monthly instead of yearly, Solo instead of Team, fewer packs): starts when the period you paid for ends. Until then you keep everything you paid for. Example: yearly Solo bought on August 1 and switched to monthly on November 6 – monthly billing starts on August 1 of the next year. You can keep the current plan until that day with Keep the current plan in Billing.

Monitor packs

On yearly Solo and Team, add packs of 10, 50, 100 or 500 monitors in Billing (see pricing). Packs are billed yearly with your plan and are not refunded, also when you withdraw from the plan within the withdrawal period. On monthly billing, switch to yearly billing first.

Invoices

Every payment is listed in Billing with its invoice. You can add your company name and tax number in the Paddle window when paying.

Cancel

Cancel the subscription in Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; then the account moves to Free. For refunds see the refund policy.

To close the account completely, see Delete your account.
