Acceptable use policy

This AUP governs your usage of the UptimeGlass platform, including the web dashboard, WordPress plugin, and API endpoints (including bulk check functionalities). It forms part of our Terms of Service. The Service is operated by N-SAID Holding, LLC (contact: sales@webvklidu.cz).

Explicit Authorization Warranty

By adding any Uniform Resource Locator (URL) to UptimeGlass, configuring a monitor, or utilizing our bulk check API, you explicitly represent, warrant, and covenant that you are the lawful owner of the target infrastructure or have explicit, documented authorization from the lawful owner to subject the infrastructure to automated monitoring.

Prohibited Conduct

You shall not under any circumstances:

1. Monitor or send automated requests to third-party websites or infrastructure without explicit consent.
2. Attempt to circumvent, exhaust, or bypass our rate limits, minimum monitoring intervals, or security controls.
3. Utilize the Service for vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, port scanning, or any activity resembling a Denial of Service (DoS) attack.
4. Exploit the Service to monitor internal networks (SSRF protection is actively enforced by our infrastructure).
5. Publish unlawful, defamatory, malicious, or deceptive content on public Status Pages.

Consequences of Breach

Violation of this AUP constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice or refund.
