1. Data Controller

The data controller for your primary account information is N-SAID Holding, LLC (Delaware, USA). Contact: sales@webvklidu.cz.

For third-party data that you input into the UptimeGlass platform (such as client email addresses for PDF reports, or recipient details for notification channels), you act as the Data Controller, and UptimeGlass acts as your Data Processor under our Data Processing Agreement.

2. Data We Collect (As Controller)

Account Data: We collect your name, email address, time zone, IP address, and secure password hashes (utilizing Argon2id encryption).
WordPress Plugin Data: If integrated, our plugin transmits your WordPress admin email, PHP/WordPress versions, and snippets of fatal PHP errors. The plugin automatically redacts sensitive server paths from these snippets.
Payment Metadata: We receive billing metadata (plan tier, country, business status) from Paddle. We never process or store your credit card numbers.
Public Site Analytics: We deploy a self-hosted Umami analytics instance that operates entirely without tracking cookies and does not store full visitor IP addresses.

3. Data Deletion, Retention, and Lifecycle

We enforce strict automated data retention limits to adhere to data minimization principles:

Inactive Free Accounts: Free accounts lacking active monitors or team affiliations that remain entirely inactive for 90 consecutive days are permanently and automatically deleted (following a 14-day warning email).
Abandoned Websites: Monitored websites that lose their plugin connection for more than 180 days are permanently deleted along with their complete historical monitoring data.
Account Deletion & Anonymization: Upon requesting account deletion, all active monitors are stopped immediately. Following a 30-day grace period, your account details (name, email) are permanently anonymized, and associated notification channels (emails, webhook URLs, Slack/Discord tokens) are securely wiped from our database. Monitoring history, stripped of personal identifiers, is retained solely for aggregate statistical purposes.

4. Subprocessors and Third-Party Services

We utilize the following processors to operate the service. By using UptimeGlass, you provide general written authorization for these subprocessors:

Hostinger: European Union server infrastructure for databases, application files, and Gotenberg PDF generation.
Cloudflare: Global network routing, security, Turnstile bot protection, and R2 encrypted storage for backups.
Amazon Web Services (AWS): EU (Frankfurt) region for SMS text delivery.
Paddle.com: UK/EU entity acting as the independent controller for payment processing.
Internal Infrastructure: Trustenso and the mail server (mail.webvklidu.cz) are internal projects operated by N-SAID Holding, LLC, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt).

5. Marketing and Communications

We rely on legitimate business interest to send lifecycle emails, weekly summaries, and relevant product updates (such as Early Bird offers). You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link (RFC 8058 compliant) provided in the emails. Essential transactional emails (outage alerts, billing notices, security warnings) cannot be unsubscribed from while the account remains active.
