Monitor packs
On yearly Solo and Team, packs add monitors to your plan limit. Packs are billed yearly with your plan and are not refunded; you can remove them at the end of the year.

Billing questions
Which currency and taxes apply?
Prices are in US dollars without tax. Our reseller Paddle adds VAT or sales tax where your country requires it and shows the total before you pay.
Who handles the payment?
Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record: it processes the payment, issues the invoice and handles taxes. We never see your card details.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel in Billing and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account moves to Free. Your monitors and history stay.
Do you give refunds?
We refund where the law requires it, for example a consumer withdrawing within 14 days in the EU or UK. You get back the share of the plan price for the unused days; monitor packs are not refunded. The refund policy has the details.
What happens when I need more monitors?
Yearly Solo and Team can add monitor packs at any time. They are added to your plan limit, billed yearly with your plan and not refunded. On monthly billing, switch to yearly billing first.
What counts as one monitor?
A WordPress site connected through the plugin is one monitor, with SSL, domain expiry and plugin health included. Every URL you add by hand is one monitor.
